Palm Beach

Palm Beach is one of the most popular and most-packed beaches in Aruba, located in South Florida. The beach is so wide enough for people to rest and participate in various activities like flyboarding, boat rides, surfing etc. So many attractions are prevailing in this area like galleries, restaurants, art and antique furnishings in museums etc., add more beauty to the palm beach.

The Flager Museum is one of the historical landmarks on palm beach. Under the shade of the lined palm trees, the shopping area Worth Avenue is famous all over the world. Families prefer this beach as it is a complete package of enjoyment and relaxation to be experienced in a vacation.

Eagle Beach

Situated in the neighbourhood of Oranjestad, it is the widest of all the beaches in Aruba. The Sand is white and its softness makes the beach look awesome. Comparing with Palm Beach, it is less crowded and resorts aren’t available nearby.

 

People who aren’t adaptable to huge crowded areas can choose this place for a peaceful and calm vacation. Most people prefer this beach only due to the white soft sand and the shining blue seawater. Public nudity is strictly not allowed here

Manchebo Beach

It is situated a bit from the South of Eagle Beach. Comparing with its neighbouring beaches, crowds are less in number. It is one of the widest beaches on the island with pretty white sand and sizzling seawater.

This beach is so peaceful as water sports are banned here. Other beaches have motorized water sports depending on the rules imposed by the local beach authorities.

Various varieties of food and spa facilities are available, Manchebo Beach Resort and Spa is being preferred by most of the tourists for its range of facilities and service like free wifi, beach bar, poolside bar etc.

Baby Beach

It is situated on the southeast end of the island. The name “Baby” is given as there are no waves in the sea ( water is so calm) and it is safe for children to play there. Like Eagle beach, Public nudity is strictly not allowed in Baby Beach. It is one of the beaches in Aruba meant for family outings specifically with small children.

This beach is the best place for learning snorkelling as the water is so calm and safe for children. Though the Valero oil refinery is situated nearby the beach, it has clean water due to the direction of local currents.

People who are interested in motorized water sport activities won’t prefer this beach due to the absence of waves on this beach.

Arashi Beach

Being situated on the northwestern tip of Aruba, in the Noord district, Arashi Beach is highly preferred by the locals, especially families to spend their vacation there. Like the Baby Beach, people prefer to perform snorkelling and also swimming, windsurfing, paddle boarding at this beach.

Locals opt for this beach for sunbathing and experience Aruba’s Magnificent Sunset. Water sports are not restricted here. Though the water stays shallow for quite a distance, it is cautious not to swim too deep as the waves push you off.

Huts made of dried palm leaves provide enough shade. Ultimately, Arashi Beach is preferable for having water sport activities with limited people.

Boca Catalina Beach

One of the best beaches in Aruba for swimming, Boca Catalina is a small, secluded bay in the Malmok Beach area. Swimming is easy due to the crystal clear quality of the water and its calmness.

The Ocean isn’t far enough from the shore which makes it easier for everyone to have fun at this beach. As this beach doesn’t belong to the category of crowded beaches in Aruba, it welcomes people who love to have a private and calm experience at the beach.

Like Eagle Beach, the sand in this beach is white in colour and some makeshift beach huts are available to protect you from the sun. The duration of the journey to this beach is a 5-minutes drive from the resorts in palm beach.

Malmok Beach

Being away from 3 kilometres north of the palm beach, Malmok Beach is located on the north coast of the island. Most of the people in Aruba don’t prefer this beach for just hanging out in the sun but this beach is one of the best beaches in Aruba for performing snorkelling.

The Sand isn’t soft like the other beaches and this may be the reason for people not looking forward to hanging out at this beach. This beach is being used for outdoor activities like biking, hiking as the sand shows positive signs to play.

Boca Prins Beach

Being one of the best beaches in Aruba for its scenery, Boca Prins Beach has situated along the Arikok National Park. Most people stop by this beach to have a look at its beautiful scenery.

Unlike the other beaches in Aruba, this beach has pristine white dunes which make this beach unique. The authorities cautioned the visitors not to swim as the water is too deep and also due to heavy winds.

Savaneta Beach

One of the smallest beaches in Aruba, Savaneta Beach is preferred by people who want to have privacy or a small family gathering functions. This place is popular with the local fishing community so you may witness people fishing most of the times.

As this place is preferable for fishing, people have set up small counters selling various varieties of fish and visitors just lay back and enjoy the scene.

Flamingo Beach:

This beach is being owned by the Renaissance Aruba Resort and it is declared a private beach as the flamingos are highly sensitive. None of the beaches in Aruba has flamingos.

De Palm Island

This island doesn’t include the Aruba beaches. The island is a 5-minute ferry ride from Aruba.

It consists of a water park that is suitable for Seatrek as none of the beaches in Aruba has this facility. People often perform snorkelling on this island.

Visitors will be equipped with an underwater sea TREK helmet diving system, which enables them to dive into the water and visit the fish wandering deep inside the water and also take underwater shots.

Locals prefer to visit this island so that they can take underwater shots of the submerged Cessna 414 aircraft.
