1. Core Operational Framework

By submitting this operator agreement form, you certify that all details regarding your business assets, fleet status, and local licensing registrations are true, active, and valid. Operators must maintain current local permits and required transit insurances across all regions of service delivery.

2. Comprehensive Financial Fees & Tax Deductions

All processed tour booking sales, ground airport transfers, and private excursions are subject to standardized handling deductions before distribution pay-out actions are completed:

• Financial Bank Processing Fees: Any applicable global payment gateway fees, processing merchant costs, or wire transfer administrative charges will be deducted completely from the total payout amount.
• Governmental Tax Obligations: Local sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), and regional tourism levies required by regional law are calculated on each gross booking and withheld immediately at the source.
• Net Remittance Model: Operators acknowledge they will receive the precise net balance following the deduction of these processing and platform costs.

3. Standardized Cancellation & Refund Policies

To provide clear consumer expectations for multi-island bookings, operators agree to adhere to the following cancellation policy tiers:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to scheduled service: Entitled to a 100% full customer refund. The operator receives no payout share.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to scheduled service: Subject to a 50% partial penalty fee deduction structural setup.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or customer No-Shows: Counted as non-refundable. The operator is protected for their scheduled slot, minus standard administrative banking transaction fees.

4. Flight Delay and Port Schedule Variations

For airport pickups and cruise seaport terminal arrivals, operators must track flight/vessel updates in real-time. Payout guarantees remain active only if operators accommodate verified arrival modifications under standard port delays without imposing extra setup costs on passengers.

5. Service Modification & Liability

The platform reserves the right to suspend or flag an agreement route if sustained complaints regarding vehicle safety metrics, cleanliness levels, or driver behavior patterns pass standard compliance failure thresholds.
